What should I expect during the intro call?
This is a complimentary 30-minute video call to discuss your business, goals, and how we can help. We’ll get to know each other, see if we’re the right fit for one another, and talk through next steps, pricing, and what working together could look like.
Is a brand audit really necessary?
In most cases, yes. The Brand Audit allows us to take a closer look at your business to review your brand identity, social media, and website presence in detail. We’ll also run a comprehensive SEO and AI Search Audit to gain a better understanding of how your business shows up online. For brand new businesses without an established identity, we’ll use this time to review your goals, audience, and vision so we can build a strong brand from the ground up. This is our chance to troubleshoot, uncover opportunities, and create a custom plan based on our findings. Without this step, we won’t be able to build a custom package around what your business actually needs. Just need one thing? We also help business owners with small projects, including graphic design, photography, and website updates. Small projects start at $250 and don’t require an audit.
What if I need only one service, not a full package?
We understand that not every project requires our 4-step process. Therefore, we also take on small projects starting at $250, including graphic design, photography, and website updates. No Brand Audit required. Not sure what you need? We’ll figure it out together during your intro call.
How long does a typical project take?
Because we’re a full-service branding agency, timelines can vary. Small projects, like graphic design, photography, videography, and website updates, typically take anywhere from 10 days to a month. Ongoing services such as content creation, social media management, and SEO require a 3-month minimum commitment. Clients interested in our Full Bloom package should expect a project duration of at least 6 months from project kickoff to completion.
What's included in the online client portal?
Your client portal is a dedicated hub for everything related to your project. You’ll find invoices and billing, meeting scheduling, notes, and project milestones broken into clear phases so you always know where things stand. You can also submit service requests, book meetings, download deliverables, and access training documents, all in one place.
Do you offer ongoing support after the project ends?
Yes. We offer a variety of ongoing support after your project ends, including content creation, marketing support, social media management, SEO and AI Search, and website maintenance. If you’re interested in ongoing support after your project wraps up, we’ll put together a custom plan built around your needs.
