Our 15 Brand Touchpoints
⟣ FROM ROOTS TO BLOOM ⟢
The Agavara Method
Small business owners shouldn’t have to choose between doing it all themselves or juggling a handful of vendors. Agavara is a full-service creative brand studio in Parker, CO, offering professional branding and web design services for small businesses. After more than a decade in the marketing world, our founder, Sara Turbyfill, found a gap in the industry that left many small business owners without the support they needed. Running a small business while managing brand strategy, content creation, and your online presence is exhausting. There are often too many voices and not enough direction. No one knows who’s doing what. Passwords get lost. Goals don’t align. And tasks fall to the wayside. You know the story.
But what if there was a better way? One marketing agency (even though we don’t like that word) that offered branding, content creation, SEO, and web design all in one place. No confusion, No offshoring, no handoffs. Just one strategic partner who understands your business inside and out, supported by a dedicated team behind the scenes.
That’s why we developed the Agavara Method: 15 brand touchpoints that take your brand from chaos to clarity. Just like the agave, your brand grows in phases: first it puts down roots, then it cultivates, and finally it blooms. Resilient brands don’t bloom overnight. They take years to grow. One touchpoint at a time.
Put Down Roots. Cultivate. Grow.
Here’s a quick look at how those touchpoints break down: branding, content creation, and online presence. If you sign up for The Full Bloom, it will cover each step below in order. Keep scrolling or click the buttons below for a closer look at each one.

Phase 1: Branding
1. BRAND AUDIT
The Brand Audit is the first step for most of our clients. Before we ever meet, we go to work behind the scenes, reviewing your brand identity, social media, and online presence in detail, along with a comprehensive SEO and AI Search Audit to see how your business is showing up in local searches and AI queries. For brand new businesses without an existing identity, we’ll use this time to focus on discovery instead, uncovering your goals, audience, and vision so we can build a brand from the ground up.
To do this, you’ll receive a pre-session questionnaire to complete at least 2 weeks in advance, and we’ll request back-end access to your website and any relevant accounts, like Google Business Profile or Google Analytics. This gives us the time we need to dig in, connect the dots, and prepare a clear, custom roadmap with specific action items, well before we ever sit down together.
By the time your 60-minute strategy session happens, the heavy lifting is already done. Instead of spending your time watching us take notes or run a live audit, we’ll spend it walking you through exactly what we found, what’s working, what’s not, and where your biggest opportunities are. This is your chance to ask questions and make sure the plan fits your business goals.
At the end, you’ll walk away with a prioritized roadmap of next steps and a custom project scope tailored to your goals. There’s no obligation to move forward with our services, but if you do, your $1,000 audit fee is credited toward your overall investment, so you never pay for it twice.
2. COMPETITOR ANALYSIS
Gain insight into your target market and see how your brand stacks up against the competition with a Competitor Analysis. This service is designed to come directly after your Brand Audit. If you’re booking a Custom Package or the Full Bloom, this is covered in the same 90-minute session as your Brand Audit; no need to schedule it separately.
Before we meet, you’ll receive a pre-session questionnaire to complete at least 2 weeks in advance. We’ll go to work behind the scenes, researching 3 key businesses in your market and analyzing their positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
By the time your review session happens, the research is already done. We’ll walk you through what we found, where your competitors are strong, where they’re falling short, and where the opportunities are for your business to stand out and compete with confidence.
You’ll walk away with actionable next steps to strengthen your positioning, along with our recommendations on how we can support your business moving forward.
3. BRAND IDENTITY
Your Brand Identity is where we define how your brand looks, feels, and sounds. This covers everything except your brand logo, which is its own brand touchpoint in a separate phase. We’ll start with a 60-minute brainstorming session focused entirely on your vision: the emotions you want your brand to evoke, the tone you want it to convey, and any color schemes or logo examples you’re drawn to that can serve as reference points. We’ll also talk through what you don’t want your brand to look, feel, or sound like.
From there, we’ll collaborate to build out your brand’s messaging, your mission statement, tagline, core values, and target personas. You’ll also receive a voice and tone guide to keep your brand’s language consistent across every platform. Everything we develop here becomes the strategic foundation the rest of your brand is built on.
Once your messaging is finalized, you’ll receive a custom mood board to guide the creative direction. After you approve the mood board, we’ll develop a custom color palette and typography. If your brand calls for iconography, illustrations, or patterns, this is also the stage where we’ll build that out. If you’re outside our service area for photography, we’ll curate stock images to support your brand presence in the meantime.
We’ll refine this together through as many rounds as needed until you’re fully happy before moving forward. By the end, you’ll walk away with a complete identity system for your brand, including messaging, a voice and tone guide, color, typography, and supporting graphics or stock images as needed.
4. LOGO DESIGN
Using your Brand Identity as a guide, we’ll create or refine a Logo Design that truly represents your brand. You’ll receive a primary logo and secondary variations in multiple orientations, colors, and sizes to ensure a consistent look across all marketing platforms. We’ll refine this together through as many revisions as needed until you’re fully happy. All deliverables come in the necessary formats, including vector files for scalability without pixelation, all clearly labeled with instructions so you always know which version to use.
In addition to your logo design, you’ll receive a favicon. A favicon is the small icon that represents your website and appears next to your page title in a browser tab. You’ll also receive properly sized square graphics of your logo or favicon to use as your profile picture for local listings and social media platforms.
5. BRAND GUIDELINES
We’ll compile your brand elements into a one-page Brand Guidelines document. This document will include your primary logo, favicon, brand colors in HEX, and your brand typography. The reverse side will feature key business details, including contact information and social media handles.

Phase II: Content Creation
6. PHOTOGRAPHY
An area that’s often overlooked when it comes to brand development is professional Photography. Many marketing agencies rely on outsourced photographers or stock photos to fill this gap. At Agavara, our photography is handled in-house by our founder and creative director, Sara Turbyfill. She’s recognized as a Certified Professional Photographer, ensuring your imagery stays fully on brand. We provide full photography coverage for your entire brand, including branded images, headshots, product photography, and photos of your business for your Google Business Profile. We focus on strategy by creating high-quality content that keeps your brand looking fresh and consistent across social media, marketing materials, and your website.
Every session begins with a pre-session questionnaire to help us understand your goals ahead of time. On-site sessions at your location are always included, with local travel covered within the Denver Metro area. If you don’t have a physical location, private studio space is available for an additional fee. All sessions include on-camera flash (as needed), lifetime access to your images, and a 10-day turnaround.
A complete studio setup is also available as an add-on, which includes a backdrop, lighting, and tethering equipment, for clients who want a more controlled studio-quality look with the option to review and select images in real time. Full commercial rights are included with all photography packages, so you can use the images across your social media accounts, website, and marketing materials without hesitation.
Photography is available as needed. If you need ongoing content, we can combine photography and videography into a monthly or quarterly package to keep your brand consistently supported.
7. VIDEOGRAPHY
Videography is a powerful element of your brand identity that commonly gets neglected. We handle this in-house to ensure every video is fully integrated with your brand. Your session can be planned around short-form videos, long-form videos, or both to maximize your reach across platforms. From engaging website introductions to dynamic social media videos, we create high-quality content designed to strengthen your brand and connect with your audience. Custom animations, including stop motion videos, are also available.
We have a portable videography studio equipped with professional lighting, microphones, and backdrops, which allows us to shoot on-site at your location, in a private studio, or a combination of both. Full commercial rights are included with all videography packages, so you can showcase the videos across your social media accounts, website, and other marketing platforms with confidence.
Videography is available as needed. If you’re interested in ongoing content, we can combine photography and videography into a monthly or quarterly package to keep your brand consistent.
8. MARKETING COLLATERAL
Bring your brand to life with Marketing Collateral, from business cards and flyers to letterhead, pens, hats, and other branded merchandise. Together, we’ll design each piece thoughtfully to communicate your brand’s message clearly and consistently. In addition to designing your marketing collateral, we set clients up with a reputable vendor so they can easily reorder items as needed. We also offer assistance with the ordering process to ensure everything is sized accordingly and prints correctly.
9. EMAIL MARKETING
Email Marketing covers everything from setting up your business email the right way to running full campaigns that reach your audience. No more sending emails from your personal account. Together, we’ll create custom email addresses using your domain, professional email signatures, and ensure everything is connected seamlessly. We also offer assistance with email marketing campaigns, covering copywriting, design, scheduling, and tracking performance.
10. SOCIAL MEDIA
Launch and optimize your Social Media profiles with branded handles, graphics, and strategically written bios. We’ll create reusable post templates, cover images, and profile icons to ensure consistent messaging and visuals across all platforms. If you opted for photography or videography services, that content can be repurposed for your social media profiles. We also offer monthly content creation and social media management, including performance tracking, to keep your channels fresh, engaging, and measurably improving over time.

Phase III: Online Presence
11. WEB DESIGN
Drive results with custom Web Design tailored to your business goals. Together, we’ll design a professional website and landing pages optimized for performance. Each page will have a fully responsive design, ensuring your content looks flawless on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Your website will feature your brand colors and typography throughout. If you opted for professional photography and videography, those assets will be added to your site accordingly. Stock images will be used to fill in any gaps. You’re responsible for providing the written content. Copywriting is available as an add-on service.
After your website is launched, you’ll receive one-on-one training via a recorded video call that you can reference anytime. We’ll walk you through simple instructions so you can update and manage your site with confidence. If you’d prefer to stay hands-off, monthly or quarterly website maintenance is available to cover backups, change requests, and updates.
12. ANALYTICS INTEGRATION
Set your business up for success with Analytics Integration. Track conversions, user activity, and key events to gain clear insight into your KPIs. We’ll set up and connect Google Analytics and Google Search Console to your website and Google Business Profile, so you can easily track everything. Use real-time dashboards and reporting to make informed, data-driven decisions for your business.
If you’d like a more in-depth look at your analytics and performance, monthly SEO packages are also available.
13. LOCAL LISTINGS
Boost your online visibility with Local Listings setup. We’ll create and optimize your profiles across your Google Business Profile and other key local directories to improve your search visibility and help you reach nearby customers. Together, we’ll ensure your messaging, contact details, and descriptions stay consistent across every platform.
If you’d like ongoing support, monthly SEO packages are also available for review management, backlink building, and performance reporting to help drive more traffic to your site.
14. SEO
Optimize your website for local SEO to help nearby customers find your business. Our SEO packages are designed to address the biggest problem areas small businesses face when it comes to being found online, covering on-site, off-site, and technical SEO. Strong SEO is the foundation for AI search, so this helps set the stage for how your business shows up in AI-powered searches.
Monthly SEO includes reporting, keyword research, position tracking, and SEO audits, along with access to an online dashboard so you can track your progress anytime.
15. AI SEARCH
Show up where your customers are actually searching with AI Search. This practice goes by a few different names, including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AI SEO. They all point to the same goal: ensuring your business shows up when someone submits a question to an AI tool instead of typing it into a traditional search bar. As search shifts beyond traditional results, we create the type of content these tools are built to find and pull from, including FAQ sections, structured data, and clear, conversational answers to the questions your customers are actually asking.
AI Search is available as an add-on to our monthly SEO packages, so you can bundle both together for a more complete approach to visibility, covering traditional search and AI-powered search in one package.
